Home furnishing retailer Habitat has selected the Leeds-based firm Propaganda to develop their brand.
The Habitat group selected the Yorkshire strategic and creative agency following a review.
New Habitat chief executive officer, Mark Saunders, who recently joined from Levi Strauss Europe, where he was vice-president of retail, said that Propaganda would help them move their marketing strategy forward.
Propaganda's director, Mike Phillipson, said he was delighted at the appointment, describing Habitat as an "iconic" brand.
"Over the coming months our work with the brand aims to bring this narrative to life and ultimately drive sales," he added.
Verdict Research has reported that Habitat's homewares market has proved more resilient than sectors such as furniture.
Propaganda has also worked with high-street bakers Greggs and were behind a TV campaign featuring TV comic Paddy McGuiness.
